SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free shipping all across PAKISTAN.
  • Once your order is placed, it will be verified through phone or email verification.
  • After successful verification, your order will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday)
    NOTABLE: Business Holidays do not include weekends or other national holidays.
  • Once your package ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your parcel directly.
  • In case, you don’t receive a tracking ID after your order completion, then we advise you to contact us. You will be provided your tracking ID at earliest.

EXCHANGE & REPAIR POLICY

  • LARCH offers one of the most customer friendly return and repair policy. If your shoe gets damaged within 6 months of purchase, we will offer free repairs.
  • Water damage claim will not be entertained.
  • Shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days incase any issue arrises.
  • Shoe size can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED)
  • Shoe article can also be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. 
  • No exchange and refunds on sale items.
  • No claim of replacement shall be entertained unless the invoice is attached and complaint is made, within 7 days of purchase

REFUND POLICY

  • If due to any reason customer wants to return the shoe, 10% of the total charges will be deducted.
  • Refund possible only within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refund will be made within 7 working days.
