  • Cost: Complimentary for all orders over $100. A flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days.

RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Shipping: Ship the product back to our warehouse via Australia Post. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size, you can ship the product back to our warehouse through Australia Post, and we will send you the right size.

  • Shipping: Ship the product back to our warehouse via Australia Post. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Free Delivery for All Orders Above $100: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to sign for your package.
  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect from your local post office.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. LARCH is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • International Customs and Duties
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your LARCH account and viewing your order history.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • At LARCH, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. Every shoe from LARCH comes with a six-month warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • Duration: Our warranty covers a period of six months from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It includes issues such as:
  • Stitching problems
  • Defective materials
  • Construction issues
  • Warranty Exclusions
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., water damage not intended for waterproof shoes)
  • Warranty Claims

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Once your order is placed, it will be verified through phone or email verification.
  • After successful verification, your order will be shipped in 20 to 30 business days (Monday – Friday)
    NOTABLE: Business Holidays do not include weekends or other national holidays.
  • Once your package ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your parcel directly.
  • In case, you don’t receive a tracking ID after your order completion, then we advise you to contact us. You will be provided your tracking ID at earliest.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Size exchange available for returned items in original condition.
  • Shoe size can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED)
  • No exchange and refunds on sale items.
  • Size replacements can be claimed within 7 days of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

  • If due to any reason customer wants to return the shoe, 10% of the total charges will be deducted.
  • Refund possible only within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refund will be made within 7 working days.
